1. What if I’m not motivated right now?
Most moms come to us feeling drained and stuck. That’s normal. Our job is to give you a simple plan and encouragement so you can finally feel like yourself again — energized and confident.
2. I’ve tried other diets and programs. Why would this be different?
We don’t hand you a generic plan. Everything is tailored to your schedule, food preferences, and family life — with a coach by your side making adjustments as life happens.
3. How much time will this take each week?
Most moms see amazing results with 2–3 short workouts per week and a few nutrition habits that take minutes a day. Everything is designed to fit into your busy life.
4. Do I have to make different meals from my family?
Not at all. We’ll help you create family-friendly meals with simple swaps so you’re not cooking two dinners. You can still enjoy pizza night and ice cream with your kids — guilt-free.
5. What if my schedule is unpredictable with kids, work, or travel?
We build flexibility in. If something changes — sick kids, busy week, vacation — your plan shifts with you so you never feel like you’re starting over.
6. How soon will I see results?
Most moms notice more energy, better sleep, and confidence in 2–3 weeks. Clothes fitting better and visible changes often happen in 6–8 weeks.
7. I’m in my 40s (or beyond) and worry about my metabolism. Will this still work for me?
Yes. Many of our clients are in their 40s and 50s dealing with the same concerns. We focus on realistic workouts and nutrition that work with your body — not against it.
8. What if I’ve had injuries or joint pain?
No problem. We design workouts that are safe and joint-friendly. Many moms with back, knee, or shoulder pain thrive in this program.
9. How much support do I really get?
You’ll have direct access to your coach for questions, feedback, and accountability. Plus, our private mom community and weekly game plans keep you supported every step of the way.
10. I’m worried about the cost — is this really worth it?

We offer a 30-day refund if it’s not a fit. If you follow the plan and don’t see body composition changes, we coach you for free until you do. We don’t want fear to stand in the way of your goals.

Jeff Steinberg
Owner/Head Coach
Jeff is the founder of Stone Mountain Training and creator of the Fit Mom Protocol. His passion for helping moms began when he saw how confusing and frustrating it was for his wife, Emily, to get support after having kids. That moment sparked a mission—to help moms cut through the noise and build lasting strength and confidence.
After 8 years as a high school PE teacher and over a decade coaching volleyball, Jeff launched his business in 2020 to create a better way. As a dad of three, he understands how hard it is to make time for yourself as a mom. He sees it firsthand every day. That’s why he’s built a coaching program that’s realistic, encouraging, and designed to help moms feel confident in their bodies again — without guilt, stress, or restriction. Jeff works closely with clients 1-on-1 while leading ana amazing, fun, and supportive team that’s dedicated to showing up for moms every step of the way.

Stephanie Lowry

As a mom of three, Stephanie gets how hard it can be to prioritize your health while juggling a busy life. Her coaching is all about real-life sustainability—focusing on movement, mindset, nutrition, sleep, and stress without the fads or quick fixes.
She loves building strong connections with her clients and helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Outside of coaching, she’s usually on the move with her three kids (plus two dogs, a ferret, and some ducks and chickens!) or traveling for youth sports tournaments across the country.
