โWhen I began my strength training with Jeff I had noticed loss of muscle in my legs and upper arms as I was aging. I decided to give his program a try and I could not be happier!! Jeff has given me a program that I both enjoy and see great improvement with in my strength, balance, and in my overall appearance. I look forward to my workouts as I find the training enjoyable. What is there to say other than he is a treasure! He is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and experienced. His programming included practical stretching exercises and thorough description and examples of each exercise. His expertise is top notch. He could easily articulate why an exercise was important. He encouraged me to push myself, especially when I did not have the confidence to believe in my abilities. I was challenged and saw the benefits not only on the scale, but in my body transformation and strength. Overall, he gave me a greater understanding of efficient workouts. I did not have to spend countless hours in the gym completing HIIT workouts to achieve my fitness goals. My goals drove his programming instead of him simply giving me a general template. I achieved more progress working with Jeff than I did in my years of cardio workouts. I no longer feel intimidated walking into the weight room in the gym. I actually know what I am doing thanks to Jeff.

"Jeff's training program really helped me get back to a place where I do not dread working out. "During my last 10 years, I had been hovering between 218 to 222 lbs, without adequate nutrition and a proper exercise program. I would wake up in the morning sore and stiff without even having a work out! My nutrition would consist of eating high calorie meals at odd times of the day. At times, I did not even eat lunch, due to the stressors and busyness of the job. I felt tired, sluggish and out of shape.
When Jeff offered this program, I jumped at the idea and began to think how this would change my lifestyle. At first, it was a bit intimidating since I had not been in a gym in over 15 years. I felt like a fish out of water, but as I went more regularly, it felt really good. I began to be more disciplined in going about my workout schedule.
The workout program was geared perfectly for my needs. Jeff assessed my overall lifestyle and what I wanted out of the program. The workout program helped me with my flexibility, range of motion and strength. I am feeling stronger, lighter and have lost some belly fat. Jeff also had me do a nutrition survey to assess my food intake and printed out a profile on how I could eat better.
